✔ What materials do you use?
Our jewelry is crafted from 925 sterling silver, gold-plated, silver-plated, and stainless steel. We also use high-quality gemstones, including zircons, moissanite, and natural crystals.
✔ Is your jewelry hypoallergenic?
All of our pieces are nickel-free and lead-free, making them suitable for sensitive skin. If you have severe allergies, we recommend choosing stainless steel or sterling silver pieces.
✔ Will my jewelry tarnish?
Sterling silver and plated jewelry can naturally oxidize over time. To keep your jewelry shining, store it in a dry place and avoid contact with water, perfumes, and chemicals.

Returns & Exchanges
✔ Do you accept returns?
Yes! If you’re not satisfied, you can return unworn jewelry within 14 days of receiving your order. The item must be unused in its original condition and packaging.
✔ How do I request a return or exchange?

✔ Do you offer refunds?
Refunds are issued once we receive the returned item in its original condition. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is defective or damaged.
✔ What if my item arrives damaged?
We ensure quality packaging, but if your item arrives damaged, email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we’ll send a replacement.
