These are the Terms of Services of Aelohi,   Active under the name Aelohi.

General/ Applicability

1.1 These general terms and conditions apply to all offers, orders and agreements from Aelohi. The conditions are accessible to everyone and included on the Aelohi website.

1.2 By placing an order you indicate that you agree to the delivery and payment conditions.

1.3 Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the general or specific terms and conditions or stipulations of third parties are not recognized by Aelohi.

1.4 Aelohiz reserves the right to change its general terms and conditions at any time.

 

Agreement

2.1 An agreement between Aelohi and a customer is concluded after your order has been placed and an order confirmation has been received via the specified email address.

2.2 Aelohi is entitled to refuse orders or to attach certain conditions to the delivery, unless expressly stated otherwise. If an order is not accepted, Aelohi will notify you within 10 days of receiving the order.

  1. Offers

    3.1 Offers are without obligation unless stated otherwise.

    3.2 Offers are subject to the availability of the products.

    3.3 Aelohi is entitled to change or cancel offers without prior notice.

    3.4 Aelohi is not bound by its offer if the customer should have understood that the offer, or part thereof, contained an obvious mistake or typo.

     

    Prices

    4.1 All prices on the site are subject to printing and typographical errors. No liability is accepted for the consequences of printing and typographical errors.

    4.2 All prices on the site are in Dollars and include 21% VAT within the EU. Shipping costs are free unless otherwise stated. The USA prices and VAT deviate from this. All prices are converted from the dollar to the currency of the relevant country.

    4.3 Aelohi is entitled to adjust the prices at any time. Any price changes will not be implemented if you have already completed the order.

    4.4 If the customer is not located in the Netherlands, the customer is liable for any taxes and levies that the country charges. Purchases within the EU are shipped from the EU. Purchases in the USA are shipped from the USA and outside the USA. Purchases may be subject to taxes and duties. You are responsible for this yourself.

 

  1. Payment

    5.1 The customer can pay the amount due by means of electronic prepayment or payment by invoice if indicated (in consultation) during the ordering process.

    5.2 If payment is not made on time, Aelohi is entitled to cancel the order and no agreement has been concluded.

 

  1. Delivery

    6.1 Delivery times stated on the website are indicative. Therefore, no rights can be derived from the stated periods.

    6.2 Aelohi strives to achieve the indicative delivery time as stated on the website. 

    6.3 Delivery will only take place after the amount to be paid has been received by Aelohi.

 

  1. Right of withdrawal

    7.1 With the exception of digital products and custom work, the customer has the right to return (part of) the delivered products within 14 working days of receipt, provided that:

    Aelohi was contacted first.
    The products are unused, undamaged, unopened and in the original packaging.
    The customer is responsible for shipping costs and the risk of the package and these costs and risk are hereby accepted by the customer until Aelohi has received the package.

    7.2 Taking into account what is stated in article 7.1, Aelohi will ensure that the purchase price is refunded to the customer within 14 days after receipt of the return shipment.

    7.3 Aelohi reserves the right to refuse returns if the product has not been received in good order and is entitled to charge costs.

    7.4 Digital products cannot be exchanged or returned.

    7.5 The USA customer can revoke and cancel the order within 2 hours of placing the order, transaction costs apply and will be deducted. Cancellation, exchange and/or return of products is no longer possible after these 2 hours.

 

  1. Force majeur

    8.1 Aelohi is not liable if and insofar as its obligations cannot be fulfilled as a result of force majeure.

    8.2 Force majeure means any external cause, as well as any circumstance that should not reasonably be at its risk. Delays or failure to perform by our suppliers, internet disruptions, electricity disruptions, disruptions in e-mail traffic and disruptions or changes in technology supplied by third parties, transport difficulties, strikes, government measures, delays in supply, negligence on the part of suppliers and/or manufacturers of Aelohi as well as auxiliary persons, illness of staff, defects in auxiliary or transport equipment expressly constitute force majeure.

    8.3 Aelohi eserves the right to suspend its obligations in the event of force majeure and is also entitled to dissolve the agreement in whole or in part, or to demand that the content of the agreement be changed in such a way that execution remains possible. Under no circumstances is Aelohi obliged to pay any fine or compensation.

  1. Warranty

    9.1 All Aelohi products are subject to the warranty period as determined by Aelohi or the manufacturer of the product.

    9.2 This warranty does not apply if: A) and as long as the customer is in default towards Aelohi;  B) the customer has repaired and/or edited the delivered products himself or has had them repaired and/or edited by third parties; C) the delivered products have been exposed to abnormal conditions or have otherwise been treated carelessly or contrary to the instructions and/or instructions for use on the packaging.

     

    10. Liability

    10.1 Aelohi is not liable for damage to objects caused by incorrect use of products.

 

 

11. Complaints

11.1 The customer is obliged to immediately check the delivered products upon receipt. If it turns out that the delivered product is wrong, defective or incomplete, the customer must immediately report these defects to Aelohi's customer service before returning it to Aelohi. Any defects or incorrectly delivered products must and can be reported to Aelohi by email up to a maximum of 14 working days after delivery. The product must be returned in the original packaging (including accessories and associated documentation) and in new condition. Putting into use after discovery of a defect, damage caused after discovery of a defect, encumbrance and/or resale after discovery of a defect, completely voids this right to complain and return.

11.2 The customer is responsible for shipping costs and the risk of the package until Aelohi has received the package.

11.3 If it appears that the products do not comply with the agreement after examination by Aelohi, the customer is entitled to a replacement item, if still available, or a refund of the value of the product.

12 Data management

12.1 If you place an order with Aelohi, your information will be included in Aelohi's customer base. Aelohi adheres to the Personal Data Registration Act and will not provide your information to third parties. See our Privacy Policy.

12.2 Aelohi respects the privacy of the users of the website and ensures confidential treatment of your personal data.

12.3 Aelohi in some cases uses a mailing list. Each mailing contains instructions to remove yourself from this list.
